Council Employees Gifts and Benefits Register
Section 110 of the Local Government Act 1999 details the requirement for a Code of Conduct for Council Employees.
The mandatory Code of Conduct took effect from 2 April 2018 and altered the gifts and benefits obligations for employees.
Under the new Code, the threshold for the declaration of gifts and benefits decreased to $50.
