CWMS Fees
Pursuant to and in accordance with Section 155 of the Local Government Act 1999 and Regulation 12 of the Local Government (General) Regulations 2013, and in accordance with the Community Wastewater Management Scheme Property Units Code, imposes an annual service charge for the year ended 30 June 2023 based on the nature and level of usage of the service and varying according to whether the land is vacant or occupied on all land to which Council provides or makes available the prescribed services for the collection, treatment or disposal of waste known as Community Wastewater Management System in respect of all land serviced by this scheme as follows:
- Occupied $530.00 per property unit
- Unoccupied $505.00 per property unit
