CARLYN SHERIFF
Carlyn is team leader of people management and succession business area for Pinion Advisory. Carlyn provides key skills in people management systems, succession and developing workplace culture and efficiency. She is motivated by building and developing relationships for long-term outcomes.
Carlyn also has skills in business planning, strategic planning and benchmarking for agribusiness. She has extensive experience managing national projects ranging from leadership skill development to event delivery.
REBEKAH STARICK
Rebekah is an agribusiness consultant working across the grain marketing and farm business management teams within Pinion Advisory. In this position, she works with the grain marketing team across business planning, benchmarking and brokering, linking business into marketing decisions.
Rebekah considers herself a deep generalist with experiences to draw on across commodities, industries and groups of people with my experiences in advocacy, pork, wine, grain and working with grower groups all beneficial to working within projects.
