The District Council of Karoonda East Murray has created an initiative to encourage residential development within Karoonda on Council owned residential land.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:
Council has received a huge amount of interest and enquiries on the blocks/land available through the 'Building Karoonda Rebate Initiative'. Currently as it stands all blocks are now considered to be on hold while we confirm details with each applicant.
